Lots to blog about, not much time to blog. Here's what I've been up to:
1. ) Loving on this little man

Words like "bing-binks" (pancakes), "fwast" (fast), and "Hahn-ay" (Thomas the train) are what we hear around our house a lot these days (not usually related to one another, just a few of my favorites to hear him say). Smarty-pants Trevin can also identify all of the capital letters of the alphabet. We've made the transition to the big boy bed, and while it's been a relatively smooth switch, we still find T asleep on the floor of his bedroom, right by the door, on a nightly basis. Last night, Bryce even found him asleep on the floor with pajamas AND his diaper off. Yep, that's right. No mess, thank goodness.
2.) Spending time with my three favorite boys

3.) Baking cupcakes - lots and lots of cupcakes

My sister, Erin's roommate got married last weekend and asked me to make 200 chocolate cupcakes, plus a small cake for the topper. 10 batches of cupcakes, 6 batches of frosting, and 10 hours later (more if I hadn't had a little help), cupcakes were done! Lots of work, but I loved doing it!
4.) Snuggling this little baby to pieces

Isn't he the sweetest? I love his blue eyes and those oh.so.chubby cheeks. He's finally gotten over the "incredibly fussy baby" phase and is now quite happy a lot of the time. It's wonderful! He's also sleeping pretty well at night and has been taking at least one good nap during the day. He's a big boy. At 4 months, he's already in 9 month clothing. I'm hoping he still fits into all of his summer clothes when the sun finally decides to come out for the summer!
5.) Spending some quality time with my man

And yes, you're seeing that right...the hubs is growing a beard. It's the first time he's grown facial hair since we've been married. It's a little sparse, but it's a fun change to try. And you know what? I kinda like it. And in case you were wondering, I decided to go
lighter. Truthfully, I actually prefer darker, but thought lighter would be fun for the summer. As you can see, though, the change is hardly noticeable.
6.) Running
I started the
Couch to 5k running program last week. I decided I needed to allow myself some "me time," when I'm not thinking about the kids, chores, etc. Running is what I decided to do. I've always been
sort of a runner, but honestly, I don't think I could go out there and easily run 3 miles right now. My friend started running with this program and loves to run now (and she's awesome at it, too). It's worth a try! I'd love to be able to knock out several miles on the weekend, run half marathons or other races, and maybe even run "fwast."
And now you're mostly caught up. Aren't you glad you stopped by?

That is a serious smarty pants! Can he actually say them? Garrett's three year old preschool class is doing that so I think it is safe to say that Trevin is WAY above the curve.
Garrett CAN do it, by the way. Just wanted to clear that up.
SO glad I stopped by! Trevin is edible! Oh, how fast that stage goes by. I wish I could go back there with each one of mine. And the beard Bryce is growing? Reminds me of Tripp last summer when he some of his crew came up with "Summer 'Stache '09"! Yeah, they tried to grow mustaches. Eew! Tripp lasted a week or so, then I put on a certain dress that he likes to see me in and handed him a razor! He shaved immediately! And good for you for running! That certain friend you mentioned has inspired so many people to run! Couch to 5K is a great way to start. I'm completely flabergasted with myself that I'm running 13 miles a week! My long runs are 6 miles, but this Sunday will be 7. Kinda nervous...
Oops, as handsome as Trevin is, I meant to say that TYSON is edible!
so fun audrey! love it! i am trying to find more time to blog too. love reading yours and getting a glimpse of your lives. much love to the miller 4!
love the updates! you all look so happy and i can't believe how big the boys are. my friend did the couch to 5k program and just ran her first 5k and loved it. i hope it allows you the audrey time you need to take good care of yourself!
