T and Ty

Are you curious about what the boys have been up to lately?

Tyson is now drinking from a cup...well, trying to.

Trevin is in love with his fire truck. Still.



Trevin was a huge help this weekend when we were moving furniture and switching rooms around.

 

Tyson is now eating Cheerios. He likes them quite a bit and Trevin has also enjoyed being reacquainted with those delicious oh's. I often find him stealing Cheerios off of Tyson's high chair tray or eating them off of the floor when Tyson drops them. In fact, just tonight, while Bryce was getting Tyson changed for bed, a Cheerio dropped off of Tyson's pants (he's not the cleanest eater yet) and Trevin lunged at that thing like it was going to disappear any second. Funny boy.

The boys have been lots of fun lately. Trevin is becoming SO talkative. He loves to say "wha's dat?" a lot. He also says cute things like "I can'ta dooo" when he needs help with something, and he's quite the singer. Jingle Bells is the latest hit in our house and it is so cute to listen to him sing it. I will try to get a video of it and post it for you.

Tyson is getting into everything still. He is cruising around furniture and almost standing on his own. He can climb all the way up our stairs (with us watching, of course) and the gate to the stairs is a permanent fixture these days. Last week, Tyson fell down our entire flight of stairs...it was SO scary! Somehow, Trevin knocked down the gate at the top of the stairs and Tyson headed down the stairs, head first. Fortunately, I think he rolled sideways most of the way down, but I didn't get to him until he was at the bottom stair. I'm so thankful that he was okay!

So that's what's up with the boys these days. I have a few more house updates to share, but I'll have to do those another day. Pool table is gone and dining room is moved. Paint color was chosen for the kitchen. I promise to update you soon!
