And just when I think it's not possible for him to be any cuter, he goes and proves me wrong. At 19 months, he's quickly become a little man. He copies nearly everything we do and say and is picking up on everything going on around him. His little toddler voice is so darn cute, I could have "conversations" with him all day (and I know that all you veteran moms are probably laughing your heads off, thinking "just wait").Each night, Bryce and I pray with Trevin before we put him to bed. Just last week, he started saying "amen" with us at the end of the prayer. He says "AY-men" a lot now. When Bryce read Little Pookie the other day, Trevin finished it off with a loud "AY-men." Maybe he doesn't quite get it yet.
He's also resurrected the "stink eye." He gives us this "what the heck?" look quite frequently and he knows we think it's funny. Maybe we shouldn't be encouraging it so much, but it is SO CUTE.
And just as much as we receive the stink eye, we get snuggles. Lots and lots of snuggles lately. I love it. He'll put his hands up, asking to be held then, once I've got him, he'll rest his head on my shoulder. He might gently stroke my hair, pat my back, or just rest there.
It doesn't get much better than that.

That snuggle never gets old. Soak it up, sister! Before you know it, you'll be getting much more "stink eye" (love that term! it cracks me up!) than snuggles! Emily is my snuggler. All day long she puts her arms up to me and says, "I want huddle (which is Eminese for cuddle).
Have a great Thanksgiving!
What a snugglebug! So very cute.
