It's "Not Me!" Monday once again. Head on over the MckMama's blog to see where this whole thing started and to find out what others are NOT doing this week.
Here's what I did NOT do this week, no matter what anyone might tell you...
I did not watch at least two episodes of Jon and Kate Plus 8 everyday last week to clear up space on our DVR. It's not like I would DVR an entire marathon of the show, filling up the entire memory with my shows, then feel like I needed to watch all of them. I am so NOT addicted to that show. I have much better things to do with my time.
On my way to Trader Joe's, I most certainly did not almost get pulled over on the freeway. I would never EVER drive over the speed limit, giving me reason to fear when a police officer points in my direction. Because I never speed, I also did not need to breathe a huge sigh of relief when the car being pulled over was actually in the next lane over.
And no matter what anyone may tell you, I most certainly DID NOT lose my nursing pad on the indoor soccer field, in the middle of our game on Saturday. I am not so paranoid about a spontaneous let-down that I actually bother to wear nursing pads with my sports bra, while I am working out. Come on, my son is almost 10 months old and I know my body has adjusted to breastfeeding, that's why I would never think to wear those things around all the time. (Sorry to any of you guys reading this...)
And finally, while cleaning up the living room, I did not find a cloth diaper rolled up and sitting on the fireplace ledge. It was not sitting there for, oh, maybe an hour, and it definitely did not have poop in it. And, had I picked said diaper up, poop definitely would not have rolled out of it, onto the living room carpet. Ughh, I've got some serious problems...

OMGoodness you actually had poop roll out onto your floor? That is hysterical. Love your list. Happy Monday.
Love the bit about the diaper... And I most certainly did not find my son's soaked cloth diaper AND wet pants sitting on the bathroom floor recently. I did not find it after our friends had been here and realize that it had been there ALL day long.
Those things have a way of staying put for awhile. Lovely.
I SO look forward to reading these every week! You have such a way of writing things...it cracks me up. I loved the part about the nursing pad-my last soccer game I realized I still had mine in my sports bra- ran over to the sidelines and threw them at my sister- who was horrified. I can only imagine the scene with yours on the ground :)

those are great! i did not eat through a whole box of chocolate with the rationalization that it's better to eat it quickly so that it's not sitting there tempting me later on.
