So, I'm getting ready to make some frosting. I am taking a cake decorating class this month on Tuesday nights and our first assignment is to make 3 full batches of frosting at different consistencies...call me gross (my husband would), but I love frosting...this could be dangerous. Wish me luck and willpower!

audrey...i am so excited for your updates about this. i have wanted to take a cake decorating class for years and just haven't done it. i can't wait to see what you do...
if you get any fabulous frosting recipes, let me know...i make my own frosting...but i know it could be better.
I don't think it's gross.....as long as it's good frosting! Can't wait to see how your classes go. I took some when I was 12, but I am so not talented that way!
