Here are the latest pictures of my cake projects. The first one is the finale cake I did for my Wilton class. We learned the rose and it turned out okay, I think, but I whipped my frosting too much, so the edges of the rose petals are not very smooth. A lesson for next time! The second pic is of some cupcakes I made today from the Hello, Cupcake! book. And what do I do with all this cake, you may ask? I send it away with Bryce and he takes it to his office. The cupcakes are for some people coming over tonight. I just thought it'd be fun.

Oh I totally remember my final cake for my class!! I'm excited for you that you are doing cake decorating. It's so much fun to make them for people you love!
A friend gave me hello! cupcake for christmas, but I haven't tried any of them yet. yours turned out really cute.
