Our backyard project

This spring/summer, Bryce and I are finally going to tear out our backyard. I can hardly wait! We are tearing down and trimming some arbivitae, tearing out the grass, replacing the patio, moving flower beds, getting a new shed, and putting up a small fence. It's going to be a bit of a project, but things are starting to happen, and I'm so excited!

A couple of weekends ago, Bryce and his dad trimmed the arbivitae in the side yard. Looks good!

Here's what our backyard looked like before...

Today, we had someone bring in their Bobcat and tear out the icky, wild arbivitae on the side of our yard. We're planning to level out that area, and in the corner, we'll be putting a play structure in for Trevin.

Next step, trim the tall arbivitae. I think that's getting done in the next two weeks (at least I hope it works out that way). I'll be sure to post pictures as we go.
